Booking
Thank you for considering supporting Banbury Canal Day organised for the 6th year running by Banbury Town Council.
To download the forms you need Adobe Reader, if you do not have it click on the button below to download it.
There are three different forms and appropriate letters ALL exhibitors, boaters and entertainers MUST read the terms and conditions and complete a risk assessment form which should be retained and carried with you for inspection on Banbury Canal Day.
Please note that our insurance will not cover any accidents on boats, or stalls/stall holders or the area immediately around them, therefore we recommend that everyone has £5,000,000 public liability insurance cover.
If you have any problems accessing the forms from the website, please contact Tricia Campbell or Ann Sewell at Banbury Town Council on 01295 817312 for a hard copy.
